Develop, support, and manage Siebel initiatives and related technical projects… Pyramid Consulting Group has a Pittsburgh client with permanent opportunities for SIEBEL RESOURCES.

Responsibilities will essentially include to develop, implement, support and maintain Siebel applications that support the company’s business objectives and to translate business needs into effective technical solutions using core Siebel capabilities and Siebel integration tools.

The client is looking for candidates with the following backgrounds and experience:

* Bachelor Degree in technical or business area;

* Expertise with Siebel data models and complete application development lifecycle; solid understanding of Siebel tools, configuration, integration, e-script, and workflows; proficiency in Siebel applications administration, Unix, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL; working knowledge of data mapping and ETL tools. Informatica understanding and experience is required. OWB (Oracle Warehouse Builder) understanding and experience is desired;
* Proficiency in diverse facets of business analysis, including Business Process Mapping, Technical Architecture, and Workflow Analysis;
* Siebel Data Mapping expertise associated with importing data from legacy systems- comfortable doing needs / requirements analysis and recommending cost effective and justifiable solutions;
* Extensive experience with Siebel applications and verticals, including Server Administration, Sales Automation;

* Excellent Siebel implementation/configuration expertise with release 7.5 and above;

* Experience with and detailed knowledge of Siebel Best Practices and up to date knowledge on the latest Siebel products and standards;
* Excellent computer skills, with working knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL Server, and other databases;
* Customer Relationship Management (CRM) knowledge with over 2+ years of experience creating and implementing eBusiness solutions utilizing Siebel products;
* MDM (Master Data Management), CDI (Customer Data Integration) and UCM (Universal Customer Manager) product design and implementation;
* Ideally versed in installation, configuration, performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of Siebel applications and the Siebel toolkit;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills-  Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as both business and technical departments;
* Detail oriented and strong project/time management skills; and  
* Solid understanding of diverse environments and components - mainframe, Unix, Windows, database, networks, etc.
