| Strategic Sourcer/Recruiter opportunity available for the right candidate. This position is responsible for internet research beyond the traditional resume sites. i.e. Twitter, Linked-In, Facebook, partnering with Sr. Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Manager to find candidates for a wide variety of positions throughout the organization. The Sourcer is also responsible for appropriately and professionally screening all levels of candidates from entry level to Managing Director positions. The Sourcer, as part of a team, will be responsible for building an ongoing candidate pipeline using research, networking events and database information, projecting a professional image both internally and externally. High focus on creative sourcing, professional screening and pipeline development for related requisitions.
Qualifications: • 5+ years recruiting / sourcing experience
•Proven success developing direct source channels and creative sourcing strategies
• Prior experience sourcing for a wide variety of roles within a financial services organization highly desirable
• Proven success partnering with recruiters to implement long term staffing and hiring strategies, strong analytical, organizational and assessment skills, proven abilities in staffing
• Experience working with recruiting techniques and employment policies and procedures, including EEO and ADA regulations
• Experience working with human resources principles, practices and procedures • Experience working with desktop tools, applications, and other resources that support the requirements of the position
• Experience working with human resources laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills for interacting with management, employees and candidates
• Excellent interviewing skills for establishing rapport with candidate and gathering information for hiring decisions
• Organization and time management skills
• Maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information
