Collections Specialist

Company in the downtown Pittsburgh Cultural District is seeking an energetic and money-motivated person for a full-time collections position.   This position offers competitive salary + bonus + benefits.  Bonuses are based on collections.  You make your own salary! 

We offer a flexible schedule.  Hours include several nights till 8pm and a minimum of two Saturdays per month. 

Responsibilities include communicating with customers via telephone to secure payment for accounts with past due balances and documenting the details of conversations.

Requirements:

·         Prior collections experience required.

·         Customer Service experience a plus.

·         Must have excellent telephone, communication, and organizational skills.

·         Individual must be motivated to reach monthly collections goals.

·         Basic computer and typing skills necessary.
