The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business from both warm
incoming leads and targeted prospecting activities. The most effective Account
Executives identify quickly, through a series of consultative questions, the
prospect’s business model and then deliver a technology and software solution
to meet the client’s objectives. The presentation of a solution will involve
demonstrating software applications over the web, and may include
demonstrations of one or more of DRT’s key technology applications. Successful
Account Executives will stay 'ahead of the game' when it comes to recognizing
the most recent developments in the fast paced, ever changing ecommerce
industry.
Key Qualifications:
• Experience in one of the following disciplines: software applications, web
based software services, affiliate programs, ecommerce platforms, search engine
marketing, online advertising, or other related products and services
• Applicants must be comfortable providing software demonstrations
• A strong entrepreneurial attitude and drive to exceed your expectations and
outperform your peers.
Knowledge/Skills:
• Ability to manage all sales activities and keep thorough records using the
Salesforce.com CRM

Curriculum Developer/Trainer
Description:
The Curriculum
Developer/Technical Trainer will create and deliver technical training courses
for a wide range of web-based software products and services. Audiences will
include business partners, end-users, and trainers (for train the trainer), as
well as employees. The individual will work with subject matter experts to
scope, plan, create and deliver training programs based on new and existing
internal documentation, online help, and other materials. The Curriculum
Developer/Technical Trainer will design and administer tests and evaluate test
results to measure student comprehension. The individual will work with the
products teams to ensure that training deliverables are ready for product
launch.
Responsibilities:

Develop
training curricula based upon functional specifications, online help and other
documentation for both highly technical audiences and audiences with limited
technical background
·
Develop
content suitable for training delivery through use of remote training tools
such as computer-based training or Web-based training
·
Provide
technical training on all products and services to customers, partners and
employees
·
Develop
and implement evaluation tools to accurately evaluate student comprehension and
continuously improve materials, course content, and/or instructional methods
·
Carry
out periodic reviews of the training material to ensure accuracy and relevance
and direct the revision process as offerings are updated or revised
Position Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s
Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
4+ years developing end-user and train-the-trainer materials
for audiences of varying technical expertise
4+ years instructing audiences of varying technical
levels
Extensive experience conducting remote training use
web-based tools and methods
Excellent writing and editing skills; excellent
communication skills; experience as a trainer/educator for technical
products
Advanced knowledge of various applications used for creating
and editing training documentation, including PowerPoint, Word, Flare, FrameMaker,
Captivate, RoboHelp (or similar web help / WinHelp generation tool), Adobe
Acrobat and Macromedia Dreamweaver (or similar HTML generation tool);

Business Specification Writing
(Definition): To excel at this role, the business analyst needs to have
intimate product and industry knowledge in order to create and drive the most
effective features and projects. This knowledge will be demonstrated by
being able to mold the vision of the feature and/or project either suggested by
Product Manager or client into a deliverable that will require no re-work due
to lack of knowledge or vision.

Business Specification Writing
(Format and Content): The BA will deliver, in a timely manner, easily
understandable and detailed business specifications, which require limited
updates from Product Management or development. Another key component of
the expectation is that these business specifications leave no functional
questions to the discretion of the development team (i.e., development should
have to ask no questions or make any interface decisions once they begin their
work)

Business Analyst is the driver of all projects within the division and, as
such, it is critical that each phase of the project management process be
followed and the deadlines and delivery dates that are inherent within each of

a successful affiliate recruiter and manager, the candidate will also need to

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES – KEY GOALS
The Account Development Manager (ADM) is responsible for overall client growth,
satisfaction, and retention. The ADM develops integrated account plans to
increase revenue and traffic for clients. The ADM is responsible for driving
strategic plans with their clients and the ADM team. This position is the
single point of contact for strategic accounts, so the candidate should be able
to multi-task multiple projects for several client contacts. The ADM also
establishes executive contacts in their accounts.
Strong understanding DirectTrack is essential in order to grow the client’s
existing business and find new revenue opportunities within the client’s
organization. The ADM identifies needs/solutions, for both clients and DRT, and
then follows through on the execution. ADMs also motivate and mentor their
peers, while sharpening their training skills. In addition to working with
their clients, the ADM also leads internal continuous improvement teams.
